How I work
Therapy with me starts with how things actually are for you — not with a label or a method I’m trying to fit you into.
I offer a safe space where you can say things you might never have said aloud before. With that said, we will always go at a pace that feels right for you — you stay in control of what we talk about, and when.
I see therapy as a collaborative process, and at the heart of my practice is the relationship we build together. I will be guided by what feels important to you in each session, as we explore your thoughts and feelings, and also your bodily sensations, which can sometimes reveal insights that words alone cannot capture.

About me
My training is in integrative psychotherapy, which means I draw on a range of approaches — humanistic, psychodynamic, and existential — depending on what feels most useful for you. My work is trauma-informed and LGBTQ+ affirmative.
I have an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s University London. I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and adhere to their ethical framework, which includes receiving regular clinical supervision.
